Introducing the woman behind K9 Cove, Claodia! Previously from the SAF’s Military Police (MP) Command, she underwent tutelage to train the newly procured sniffer dogs! Moving on from the Military Working Dog Unit(MWDU), she successfully progressed on to the Republic of Singapore Air Force as a K9 2IC (Second in Command). Taking on personnel management and with about 15 dogs under her care, she hit the ground running by providing training, and unconditional care and support for both handlers and dogs.
Subsequently, Claodia also got her feet wet with training the new guard dogs for the SAF; furthering her accomplishments as the first ever female handler to have trained these high driven and high purposed canines for protection work!
From the noble German shepherds and Belgian Malinois, to your ever-ready-to-please Labradors and springers, Claodia has definitely been hard at work to master her skills to be the best female handler the RSAF has ever seen. With her enhanced skillset, she is extremely excited to introduce her unprecedented take on animal caregiving to you!
