Why is assessment necessary?
Assessments are essential before accepting dogs into daycare to ensure the safety and well-being of all dogs. They help identify potential behavioral issues, match dogs with compatible playmates, and address individual needs. By evaluating each dog, we can prevent accidents, reduce stress, and provide high-quality care, ensuring a positive experience for both dogs and their owners.
The assessment also serves as an opportunity for you to visit our facility. We want you to feel confident and comfortable with our facility, and we’re happy to give you a tour, answer any questions, and introduce you to our staff. We believe transparency is key to building trust with our clients.
My dog has been to other daycares before, can you retrieve their records from there?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to retrieve records from other daycares, as each facility has its own standards and criteria for the dogs they accept, based on their experiences, capabilities, and comfort levels. Additionally, dogs can behave differently in new environments, which is why our assessment is important to ensure your dog feels comfortable and safe in our daycare.
Will there be someone at night with the dogs?
Yes, a dedicated staff stays overnight with the dogs
Is there cctv access?
We have CCTV cameras installed on our premises for security purposes. However, to maintain privacy and respect for other owners and their dogs, access to the footage is not provided to owners. Instead, we send daily picture and video updates via WhatsApp so you can stay connected with your dog’s day at daycare.
Do you provide food?
We do not provide food at our daycare, as we respect each dog’s unique dietary needs and preferences.

What is your booking policy
- Must pass mandatory assessment ($50)
- Filled up the google docs
- Min 50% deposit paid
- Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance
*Last Min booking fees apply.
*Cancellation Policy: No refund of 50% deposit if cancelled 3 days before boarding date.
*100% refund if more than 7 days notice.
How do I know if my dog is small, medium or large?
Small Dog – Up to 7kg
Medium – 7.1kg – 20kg
Large – 20 kg and above
What is your typical day like?
Daycare
0700-0900: Pick up from your home / drop in at our centre
0900-0930: Outdoor walks (If weather permits)
0930-1030: Breakfast (owner to provide own food)
10:30-1200: Free Roam / Supervised play time
1200-1400: Nap Time
1400-1600: Free Roam / Supervised play time
1600- 1630: Outdoor walk (if weather permits)
1630-1700: Wipe Down and Home Sweet Home
Boarding Programme will follow daycare
1700-1800 : Rest
1800-1900 : Dinner (owner to provide own food)
1900-2030: Free Roam / Supervised play time
2030-2100: Outdoor walk
2100-2130 : Wipe Down / Dental Chew Time
2145 : Bed Time
